Support got back to me quickly and ended up fixing my issue, so that was great. I did have to follow up once, but it all worked out in the end. Overall, good experience lol.

The shipping was what ruined it for me. I ordered from kiinde thinking it would arrive in a normal amount of time, but it just seemed to sit there forever, which started to feel a little suspicious.
The tracking barely changed, so I kept checking it and wondering if my order was actually moving or just stuck somewhere with no one saying anything. When you’re waiting on baby stuff, that kind of guessing game is really frustrating.

The product itself might be totally fine, but the slow delivery made the whole experience disappointing. I don’t think I’d order again unless I had a lot of extra time and didn’t need the items anytime soon.

I’ve been using these for a bit and they’re really handy overall. The quality is mostly fine, but a couple of parts started to feel a little flimsy after regular use. I do like the idea and it really does help, I just wish everything felt a bit more durable for the price.

I really wanted to like these, but they just didn’t work great with my pump. Even with the adapter, the bags didn’t seem to fit right, not sure how to explain it, but it felt a little off and I had leaks twice. It ended up making pumping more frustrating instead of easier

I haven’t tried a ton of other bottles or used these for very long yet, but so far they’ve been working really well for us. The nipples seem to have a good flow, and my baby drinks from them without fussing.

I like that it makes storing milk easy, which is great because I’m always a little cautious about keeping things sealed and fresh. It’s convenient overall, but it can be kind of fussy at times, so I usually double-check everything before putting it away.

I’m disappointed. I only had this for about two weeks before it cracked, which feels way too soon for something that should hold up under normal use. I think the company needs to take responsibility for the quality here, because this shouldn’t be happening so quickly.

The Kiinde stuff has made cleaning way less of a hassle. I kept telling people I didn’t want a bunch of tiny parts to scrub every night, and it felt like everyone kind of brushed that off, but it really does make a difference when you’re exhausted. It’s easy to clean and sterilize, and I’ve been using it every day without any issues

I used Kiinde when I was flying with my baby, and I was already a little stressed about the trip. It made bottles so much less messy, and everything packed really easily in the diaper bag. Such a relief while traveling.

I was hoping this would make things a lot quicker for me, but cleaning the parts and figuring out the bags took more time than I expected. It’s not bad or anything, some parts are actually handy, it just didn’t save enough time for me personally to feel worth it.

I grabbed the kiinde system mostly because I was so over dealing with milk leaking all over my diaper bag like some kind of tiny disaster. So far, it’s been great, the caps twist on nice and tight, and I haven’t had any dumb surprise spills since using them.

Even when I toss the pouches into the cooler in a rush, they still stay sealed like they’re supposed to. It’s such a simple thing, but it makes pumping feel way less stressful and way less annoying.

i mean, it wasn’t a terrible experience, but returning my item and getting a replacement took longer than I expected. Customer service did help me out, but there were more back-and-forth emails than I thought there would be, and the shipping felt slow. It did get sorted in the end, just wasn’t the smoothest process.

i’ve been using Kiinde for a few weeks now, and it makes feeding feel a lot less annoying. the bags are simple to fill and warm up, and i really like not having a pile of bottles to wash every day. it only took me one try to figure it out. easy setup and it’s been working well for us.

I picked up the Kiinde starter kit just to see if it would make feeding a little easier, it does help in some ways. A few of the pieces are really convenient and I liked not having to transfer milk around as much. But this is where it got annoying, for the price, I expected it to come with more bags or extra parts. Some of the items ended up being useful, while others have mostly just been sitting in a drawer. It’s not a bad kit at all, I’m just not totally convinced it’s worth the cost unless you’re planning to use the whole system every single day.

My baby accepted it right away with no fuss at all. that made it feel like a solid win to me
